The owner and registered manager is Mrs Catherine Linda Arnold Dip.RSA, with many years of
experience in all aspects of care, with a Registered Manager Award in Health and Care, Food &
Hygiene and many other awards, who in addition has an assistant manager and three full time care
staff, registered at various NVQ levels, also care assistants and an on call maintenance person.

The home is manned 24 hrs a day with qualified staff throughout the day and night. All ancillary staff
receive training in the home's philosophy and values.

The home is fully committed to staff learning and development.
